Street Scene cross stitch kit shows a crowd gathering at the top of the street, perhaps stopping to chat after a busy day. Looking down towards the domineering factory children play in the road whilst smoke pours from the chimneys of both factory and houses.

This Lowry cross stitch kit has been adapted from the original 1935 'Street Scene (Pendlebury)' painting and is one of a collection of northern scenes and landscape cross kits based on the famous works of L S Lowry who was renowned for painting matchstick men and industrial scenes.
