Strange weather we are having at the moment, beautiful sunshine yesterday, raining stair rods today but that’s British Summertime for you! I wonder what tomorrow will bring? Hopefully the rain will rinse the sky and the sun will shine brightly for the next few weeks as we slowly slip into Autumn, which I have to admit, is my favourite time of year. It's that time of year again! I was really pleased to upload the new range of cross stitch Christmas card kits by Bothy Threads and couldn't wait to try a couple of them. I started with Christmas Tree because I thought the effect was fantastic, a cross between blackwork and string art with a sequin star. The chart was a bit busy looking, however, they have included a separate, larger breakdown of the design on a second page of the instructions and after a few false starts I was hooked.
